Delivery rates will be proportional with product sizes.

Other Destinations

Extra courier charges will be applied for deliveries to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands. Revised prices will be notified via e-mail after the delivery address check, and prior booking for any service.

CARRIERS POLICY – Our carrier’s policy is to: Deliver consignments as per the delivery instructions and service specified. In the event that a consignment cannot be delivered at the first attempt, 2 further attempts are made. Each time, a card is left with details about the attempted delivery and how to arrange the next delivery.

If you have not received your order after 5 working days of purchase, please Contact Us and we will investigate further and get back to you.

Receipt of Goods and Damages

A signature must be obtained upon delivery of goods and any damages must be reported to us on within 24 hours.



You have up to 14 days to request goods to be returned (from date of receipt). Goods may only be returned if they are unused, unassembled, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Goods returned will be collected our carriers. VivSpares reserves the right to charge you the cost of carriage on all items returned. This will be deducted from any refund given. Goods to be returned will be kept safe and secure until such time as they are collected. On safe return of the goods, you will receive a full refund (less any deductions) within 30 days, after the goods have been examined.
